 Downloads In My Premium Listings Not Shown In Google Play |

Hi there,
I bought some credits to promote my app on your platform. Quite quickly the deposit was eaten up and as result there were approx. 1'600 downloads shown in "my premium listings" of the promoted app. But unfortunately I don't see any of these reputed downloads in the stats of Google Play? So I wonder if I was kidded.. Any one help? Cheers |

The number of downloads = number of times people click on your sponsored listing to go to Google Play. It's not directly measuring the number of downloads in Google Play because we can't. As for low conversion, you can improve it by making your premium listing to display on mobile only. This option offers higher conversion and it can be found in the form when you create a listing. |
