Symbian Belle Menu Diming Color, changing the black color Options

Recently i've learnt belle theming, but one thing bothers me
here i'm goin to explain the matter
if you know 'bout it plz help

this is my entry for dc london 2012. Its not finish yet, will enjoy when done.

First of all the menu diming color which is black by default is an obstacle. Unlike s60v5, there is no option for diming color. As my theme will be white background, here goes

from the pic, if i change the menu highlight into white text, the email unfocus text also become white because the color selection box is equal as in pic2

when it changed into white text the menu is greatly visible

its great in protait, but when it turn into landscape, the result is worst

so here comes the final result, that only changing the black dimming color into white or other color will be necessary to make it perfect in both landscape and protait mode. but i don't know how to change, so i'am asking help from you if you know how to. as i have seen many theme with other dimming color in various color. heres a sceenshot from white dimming color menu

as far as I understood problem in the color of font.

it is possible to change the dimmed background of picture under a corresponding font color! Carbide.ui does not represent the actual picture of theme. do I hope got it right a question? I use plu-in simbian belle v.1.9.0
