Basically i'm an artist but on papers only. I know something about photoshop. But, WPC contest purpose how to make a wallpaper and what software should be use ?

wpc wallpapers are manipulated of mixed stocks in Photoshop or Gimp or Paint.net or any other graphic manipulation SWs..

@lilji- i am also new in wpc but i like it most not only because of points but i like it because i learnt many things from it.. i am still learning from the senior and experienced participants..points doesn't have much value (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)
