Getting more stars when you get more active in M9 is very good but actually there is no different between a person who got 400 starts or another on that got 50 stars.
It can be better if more active members have more abilities and features like more size for uploading, more length for uploading ringtones & etc.

About Ur Idea of Ringtone Length & Uploading Size limit. It should be changed for All not for specific persons. But others are good (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)
