All you have to do is go to iTunes then press the Sync button. After that, everything in your iPhone will sync with your MacBook.

Launch iPhone to Mac Transfer software, and connect your iPhone with Mac, you will see all information about your iPhone, such as type, capacity, version, serial number, and format, will be shown on the main interface.
Above information is come from a article I have found online, here I share it for you How to backup iPhone to Mac Hope it will help you, too.

I've never tried to share a note from iPhone to computer but I guess it should be available in iTunes.
But even if you couldn't find any options in iTunes, you can simply copy the notes and mail 'em to your email address with your iPhone. That would probably be the easiest way to go (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
