I know that I must not poke my nose into this matter but all that I've got to say is even when being new here I've always considered Christina as being an excellent manager...She is indeed very kind and doesn't forget to remind those who haven't voted to do so... Dear Star_Santa, I don't really know where this is going but you've got to calm down and try to think with a cool mind... This is something serious,I know but do not try to blame anyone here like this just because we're not "taking your side" but we don't actually know about your conflicts with her... If you could just explain the matter maybe those concerned may act upon this but,this is not the expected behaviour from you... Just tell us calmly what is the matter,that's all...ok? Am I right,friends? |

i was telling someone earlier that there is communication gap between member's and Manager nothing else! and i know Christy is not fond of speaking alot, she speaks only if she has to! that is good some how to avoid any prob. too |

i am waiting for my Eng. Final Result which has been delayed, in real i screwed the prof A$$ (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) and he wants to screw my Academic Record (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) he has no idea whom he is dealing with (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

@ inju - she is not more active thats why i am saying we want one more manager
@ ssivic - yes see you are saying you helped rc managing it so why wont you be our second manager ? it not the matter i like her or i not like her but thing is rc is going down week by week members are are going far away this is true every one no's that @ tb & david - if i vote which mixes are good for me she says it's not fair voteing ? is there any rules that all should vote for a perticular mix which will win gold ?? |
