I remember just this one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)
3 friends eat at a restaurant. The bill comes to $25. Each of them pays $10. When the waiter brings the $5 change back, each of them takes back $1 and leave a $2 tip for the waiter. So, effectively each man has paid $9, which totals $27. The waiter has the $2 tip, which makes the total to $29, so where has the remaining $1 gone (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) |

no you didnt lose anything you just brought another useless $2 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) cuz 27$ was including the waiter and other $3 to those guys (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

If we add the tip to the total then we get 27$ (25+2). Then if we add the other 3$ that they share we get 30 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
