Uninstall Nokia PC Suite & restart PC, then go to the control panel & open the 'Add or Remove Programs' application. If there are 'PC Connectivity Solution' &/or Nokia Connectivity Cable drivers, uninstall those & restart PC. Install PC Suite again & restart PC, if the problem happens again go to 'Add or Remove Program' select 'Change' & 'Repair', then restart PC.

1. u have selected phone to pc suite setting 2. USB Cable is alright 3. check the drivers for your phone if it not works then go to cervice center |
