This topic is for all questions related to gallery upload validation and/or rejection issues. Please do not start a new topic for such issues or it will be deleted! Thx (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)
All uploads which have Garfield or Happy Tree Friends will be rejected/removed due to copyright infringement as per requested by the companies who own these two cartoons. Pornographic materials will also be rejected/removed. Themes maybe rejected if the first preview isn't a full standby preview. To be consistent the preview needs to be of the standby screen with the operator text and time etc. USEFUL LINKS: Ringtone Guidelines Video Guidelines Game Guidelines All Guidelines Java apps/games may take several weeks to be validated so please be patient! All files must be checked thoroughly to ensure that they comply with our rules and this process takes much longer with games and apps. Thanks for your understanding. Format of post: If the above does not answer your question please provide a screen shot of the file, a link if you have one and most importantly the catagory it was uploaded to (a url of upload page is best). Please note we can only look back to recently rejected files. Edit: Gallery Validation Times Please don't post in this thread asking for your file to be validated quicker! The gallery system is based on a queue system and posting here will not get your files validated quicker. Please wait at least 24 hours for files to be validated. If it takes longer than this then you can post here as there maybe a problem. How do I know the reason for rejection? The information can now be found in your account pages: http://www.mobile9.com/my/manage_gallery/?ty=upl Note: if your file is deleted directly (not rejected from the validation queue), the reason for rejection won't appear. We are currently working on having the reason stated no matter how the file got prohibited from appearing in the gallery. |

Admin i uploaded 5 - 6 games but all r awaiting Admin's approval. Can u check , coz my wallpaper got approved immediately and the games i uploaded 3 days back .

Hey boxieblue. I'll let a gallery mod comment on your request further - but after googling the game you posted in the first link above, it looks like payware which means that it is considered warez and will not be approved for the gallery.
Before uploading games it's always a good idea to google them. If you find a bunch of sites selling the game, then you've come across warez and should not upload it. Thx :good: |

1st of all just like to say this site rocks!!!!!
Anyways, I uploaded a bunch of ringtones about 3 or 4 days ago and half of them were rejected!!!!!! All of them met the rules,under 30 sec, no top 40, no large files,but still half were rejected!!!! Not upset or anything,but just wondering what i did wrong!!! I know it would be impossible to explain to each uploader why something was rejected, cause u get like 100's of files each day,but even a little explanation as to what is wrong would help !!!!!!
